David has a background in environmental science, climate change and sustainable natural resource management with over 15 years’ experience in environmental and social assessment, biodiversity assessment, sustainability, water resource development, environment and climate policy development as well as community capacity development and stakeholder engagement among others. He has worked in environmental and community development initiatives in both in urban and rural settings in Kenya, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, DR Congo, Malawi, the Sahel region, as well as Haiti and Pacific Island Countries. He has particularly involved in implementation of projects on climate resilience and food security, tropical forests and biodiversity assessment, waste management, and watershed management among others.
