Barbara is a finance management specialist with over 8 years’ experience in donor reporting, grants management, financial and administration management. She has Bachelors of Commerce degree and a qualified CPAK from KCA University. Barbara joined KOEE in 2014 as the Finance and Administration Officer and her main roles include among others giving administrative support to program officers as well as oversee the financial management.
